Professional background: Tom Brown (Jr) obtained his degree and D.Phil. in Chemistry and Chemical Biology from the University of Oxford. He joined ATDBio full-time in 2010, and set-up new laboratories in the Oxford Science Park in 2013, which he now runs with Dr. Asha Brown. ATDBio is a leader in complex oligonucleotide synthesis, with experience in the production of highly complex DNA and RNA sequences. ATDBio was acquired by Biotage AB in 2021, and the company is continuing to expand its knowledge on molecular diagnostics, nucleic acid-based therapeutics, vaccines and, new generation DNA and RNA sequencing technologies.
